Full paper submission

Authors prepare their full paper using the provided template and upload them via EasyChair.

Editor assignment and peer review

The editor selects the reviewer and asks them to evaluate the manuscript. The process will be a single blind review. The names of the reviewers are hidden from the author. However, the name of the author is shared with the reviewers.

The editor will receive the review’s result from the reviewer. The editor will notify the authors whether the paper has been accepted, requires revisions, or rejected. If revisions are requested (Minor or Major), the author must address all reviewer feedback. The author resubmits the revised manuscript along with a response to reviewers through EasyChair within the given timeframe.

Acceptance announcement

All authors get the formal acceptance announcement no later than 18 September 2025.

Latest registration

Upon receiving the official acceptance notification, authors must complete the conference registration form and payment no later than 20 September 2025. The registration fee payment must be completed by deadline to guarantee inclusion in the program.

Conference and Presentation Day

All authors must make an oral presentation (2-3 October 2025) before their papers are entitled to publication. The time allocated for a presentation is 15 minutes, with a further 10 minutes allowed for discussion.

Publication

Following a successful presentation, all manuscripts are prepared for publication in a journal or conference proceedings.
